Our commitment
Winovaa is built for skill-based entertainment—Score Picks and Arena competitions—not as a way to make a living. We want play to stay fun, voluntary, and within your means. This page explains age rules, healthy habits, and how to get help if you need a break.
18+ age requirement
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use paid features. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that skill-based staking is lawful for you.
- Do not allow minors to access your account or devices while logged in.
- We may request age or identity verification at any time.
- Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and balances handled under our Terms.
Play smart habits
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
- Only stake amounts you can afford to lose.
- Treat wins and losses as entertainment outcomes, not income.
- Take regular breaks—especially after long sessions or emotional decisions.
- Do not chase losses by increasing stakes.
- Avoid playing when tired, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Keep play separate from essential expenses (rent, food, bills, education).
Warning signs
Consider pausing if you notice any of the following:
- Spending more time or money than planned.
- Borrowing money or neglecting responsibilities to keep playing.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or secretive about your activity.
- Trying and failing to cut back.
- Relying on play to cope with stress or escape problems.
Account controls and self-exclusion
If you need a cooling-off period or longer break, contact support to request account suspension or self-exclusion. We take wellbeing requests seriously and will help apply restrictions where available.
- Email support@winovaa.com with the subject “Responsible play / self-exclusion”.
- Include your registered email and the restriction length you prefer (temporary or longer-term).
- During exclusion, do not attempt to open new accounts—this breaches our Terms.
Where to get help
If you or someone you know may have a gambling-related problem, seek support from a qualified organisation in your region. Help lines and counselling services can provide confidential guidance.
- Speak with a trusted friend or family member.
- Contact a local counselling or addiction support service.
- Use national helplines available in your country for problem gambling support.
Winovaa support can assist with account restrictions but is not a clinical counselling service.
