Terms and Conditions

Winovaa is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in skill-based competitions involving stakes in their place of residence.

• You confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
• You confirm participation is lawful where you live and where you access the Platform.
• You will not create or use an account on behalf of anyone under 18.
• We may request identity or age verification and restrict accounts pending checks.

You must provide accurate registration details (including name, username, email, and date of birth) and keep them up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• One person may maintain only one personal account unless we expressly allow otherwise.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
• We may require additional verification before deposits, withdrawals, or high-value activity.
• Impersonation, fake credentials, or multi-accounting to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Winovaa provides skill-based entertainment products, including Score Picks contests, Arena (PvP simulation) challenges, squads/teams, leaderboards, and related wallet features. Product availability, rules, scoring, fees, and prize structures may vary by contest and may change over time.

Competition outcomes depend on published game rules, fixture results, and/or simulation mechanics. Entry does not guarantee a prize. Always review contest details before joining.

Your Winovaa wallet may include cash balances (for staking and deposits), payout balances (for eligible winnings), and platform or withdrawable coins as described in the product interface. Balances are ledger records maintained by Winovaa and payment partners—not bank deposits held in custody as traditional bank accounts unless stated otherwise.

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment providers and banks.
• You must only use payment methods you are authorized to use.
• Withdrawal eligibility, limits, fees, and processing times may apply and can change.
• We may delay or refuse transactions that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or non-compliant.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account review, balance holds, or suspension.

Entry fees, stakes, pot sizes, prize pools, and distributions are shown before you join a contest where applicable. By confirming entry you authorize Winovaa to deduct the stated amount from the relevant wallet balance.

• Prizes are awarded according to contest rules, ranking logic, and settlement timing.
• If a contest is cancelled, voided, or unsettled due to errors or force majeure, we may refund entries or apply an equivalent remedy.
• Taxes or reporting obligations related to winnings are your responsibility where applicable.
• Promotional credits or bonuses (if offered) may carry additional conditions.

You agree not to misuse the Platform or undermine competition integrity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Collusion, match manipulation, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harassment, hate speech, fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload Platform systems.
• Sharing accounts or allowing others to play under your credentials.

We may investigate suspected abuse, void results, reclaim improperly obtained balances, and suspend or terminate accounts.

Winovaa, including its branding, interface, software, content, and documentation, is owned by Winovaa or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winovaa disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winovaa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability relating to your use of the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Winovaa for the specific contested service in the three months before the claim, or (b) a maximum amount required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using Winovaa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, restrict features, or close accounts where we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security or compliance risk, or where required by law or payment partners.

Upon closure, we may settle eligible withdrawable balances subject to verification, fraud checks, and legal holds. Non-withdrawable promotional balances may expire according to their terms.

Winovaa supports responsible play. Only stake what you can afford. Review our Responsible Play guidelines for self-help tips, self-exclusion options, and support resources. If play stops being fun, pause and seek help.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Nigeria shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts.
